About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn and perform pharmaceutical care under close supervision
- Provide patient-centered clinical services

- Conduct patient assessment, monitoring, and care

Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited pharmacy school within 30 days of hire
- Registered Pharmacist within 120 days
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support if required by the entity/department
- 2 years recent relevant experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of current pharmacological/biopharmaceutical principles, medical terminology, pathologies, disease states, and related information for a medical management plan
- Basic working knowledge of legal requirements and accreditation standards including NABP, TJC, Title XXII, DHS, DEA, FDA, and USP
- Written and verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, pharmaceutical technology, EHR, and EPIC
- Ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies, procedures, and scientific methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems using established solutions
- Ability to ensure patient PHI privacy
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers and healthcare providers
