Key responsibilities & impact- Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve patient mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and practice-level competencies as a recognized clinical or workflow subject matter expert
- Develop key workflows and clinical protocols or guidelines for the department
- Educate, train, and mentor other staff

Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school
- PT-Physical Therapist certification/licensure
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
- 5 years of recent relevant experience
- Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements
- Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies
- Ability to develop training materials and competency assessments
- Ability to develop treatment protocols
- Ability to extract evidence-based practice information and apply it to clinical practice and training materials
- Ability to analyze clinical practice and workflow best practices
- Ability to analyze data/information from multiple sources
- Ability to work in a demanding environment, organize multiple priorities, and complete duties within expected timelines
- Effective professional communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service, and community relations skills
- Ability to teach/educate others and conduct public speaking
