Provide direct and indirect patient care to clinic patients and their families
Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and implement nursing care plans and patient education
Deliver holistic and individualized care to assigned patients
Develop, implement, and coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
RN-Registered Nurse of California
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
2 years of experience working as a registered nurse in a private practice, clinic or ambulatory care setting
12 lead EKG competent
Demonstrated knowledge and competence regarding nursing theories, concepts and practices, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
Working knowledge of the healthcare industry, safety precaution policies, patient-care best practices and privacy requirements
Written and verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook) and Electronic Health Record
Ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies, procedures, and scientific methods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an interruption-prone environment
Ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems using established options
Ability to ensure the privacy of patients' protected health information (PHI)
Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers and healthcare providers
