Provide direct and indirect patient care to clinic patients and their families
Perform comprehensive patient assessments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
RN-Registered Nurse of California
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
2 years recent relevant experience
Neurology or Neurosurgery experience highly recommended
Demonstrated knowledge and competence with nursing theories, concepts and practices
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
Working knowledge of healthcare industry, safety precaution policies, patient-care best practices and privacy
Knowledge of local/state/federal regulations
Written and verbal communication skills for explaining sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook) and Electronic Health Record
Ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies, procedures, and scientific methods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions
Ability to identify, evaluate and resolve standard problems using established solutions
Ability to ensure patient PHI privacy
Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers and healthcare providers
Ability to travel
California RN license and BLS certification are required
