Develop modern AI applications with real business impact
Support the development and enhancement of modern AI solutions for various business areas
Make processes more intelligent and efficient
Collaborate with experienced colleagues from the AI team and IT department
Actively help shape the AI Center of Excellence
Support AI Engineers in developing new solutions
Gradually take on responsibility in ongoing projects
Contribute your own technical ideas
Independently implement smaller AI and automation projects
Work with multi-agent systems, enterprise RAG solutions, Voice AI, Microsoft Copilot, and large language models
Engage directly with business units and rapidly turn ideas into reality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally, you are in the first half of a bachelor's degree program (e.g., first to third semester) in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a comparable program with a technical focus
Motivated to gain several years of practical experience and take on responsibility
Enthusiastic about modern AI technologies, software development, and automation
Enjoy exploring new technologies, solving technical challenges, and independently implementing ideas
Initial experience with Python, APIs, databases, machine learning, or AI tools is an advantage but not required
Interested in gaining practical experience in an innovative business environment and helping shape the development of an AI Center of Excellence
Structured approach to work
Excellent communication skills in German (at least C1 level)
Willingness to learn, curiosity, and enthusiasm for new technologies
