About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support AI Business Case Analysts in identifying, analyzing, and developing economically relevant AI use cases into robust business cases
Analyze and improve business processes in Sales, Customer Operations, and internal corporate functions
Develop ideas for automation and optimization together with the teams
Assess and prioritize the business value of AI solutions
Prepare well-founded decision documents for new projects
Support the preparation of presentations, business cases, KPI models, and management materials for AI initiatives
Work closely with business functions, AI Engineers, and executives
Contribute to the newly established AI Center of Excellence by helping develop and implement modern AI solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally, you are in the first half of your Bachelor's degree (1st–3rd semester) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Digital Business, or a comparable degree program with a focus on AI
Willingness to gain practical experience over several years, take on responsibility, and develop both professionally and personally
Enthusiasm for the business applications of AI
Entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in analyzing relationships, evaluating data, and presenting solutions in a structured manner
Initial knowledge of data analysis, Business Intelligence, Controlling, process management, or KPI management is an advantage but not a prerequisite
Interest in gaining practical experience in an innovative environment and actively helping shape the development of a new AI Center of Excellence
Structured way of working
Strong communication skills in German (minimum C1 level)
Ability to present complex relationships in an understandable way
