Key responsibilities & impact

Build and evolve the foundation for secure cloud adoption across Swedbank
Contribute to Azure and AWS Landing Zones
Provide well-governed self-service capabilities balancing delivery efficiency, security and compliance
Design, deploy and operate reliable, scalable and secure cloud platform capabilities
Enable internal engineering teams through platform services, automation and developer-friendly self-service experiences
Explore automation and AI to support cloud engineering and improve developer experience
Contribute ideas, respectfully question existing approaches and continuously improve ways of working
Help shape a product-driven cloud platform balancing innovation, reliable operations and regulatory requirements
Take engineering ownership and influence how cloud platform capabilities are developed and adopted across the bank

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience with Azure, AWS or another major cloud platform
Interest in developing knowledge of Azure and AWS
Hands-on experience with Terraform or comparable Infrastructure as Code tooling
Experience automating workflows using Python, Bash or a comparable scripting language
Knowledge of cloud networking and security principles
Understanding of hybrid cloud and cloud/on-premises infrastructure integration
Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery and modern software delivery practices
Knowledge of on-premises infrastructure environments, such as virtualisation and networking
Ability to analyse technical challenges and contribute to practical solutions
Ability to communicate technical information to different audiences
Experience working constructively across teams and areas of expertise
Interest in learning new technologies
