About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop in an Agile scrum team delivering business value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or relevant experience
  • 10+ years of experience in system development and related tools
  • Proven programming experience with Mainframe, DB2, COBOL, and SQL
  • Experience with IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz) and Visual Studio
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing DB2 databases
  • Strong interest in leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and improve productivity
  • IMS knowledge
  • Analytical skills and technical understanding within the Lending area
  • Understanding of data, databases, file deliveries, and SQL tools
  • Strong time management, prioritization, planning, and information-structuring skills
  • Proactive, self-organized, analytical problem-solving approach
  • Written and oral communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Willingness to cooperate with different counterparties
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, beneficial
  • Full Stack and product/loan systems experience advantageous
  • Lending systems experience beneficial
  • Agile work experience beneficial
  • Experience leading regulatory and market-standard interpretations beneficial
  • Design, architecture, and complex initiative leadership experience advantageous
  • Business analysis, functional and non-functional requirements, and testing experience beneficial
  • Knowledge of lending processes and local branch or lending support background beneficial
  • Background check and drug test may be part of the recruitment process
