About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the development lifecycle
  • Support APOs in breaking down Program Epics into Features and User Stories
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and SAS
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of credit risk models, processes, and system solutions
  • Develop, maintain, and support operation of credit risk models
  • Create and maintain process descriptions, functional documentation, and governance artefacts
  • Assess impacts of changed system functionality on credit risk processes, models, and reporting
  • Bridge business stakeholders, risk specialists, and IT teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, systems, data quality, and ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • A few years of experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role, in the credit risk domain
  • Knowledge of the Basel framework and the Internal ratings-based (IRB) approach
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and support tests
  • Strong business support and incident analysis capabilities
  • Advanced SQL skills, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries
  • Experience with data models, data quality assurance, and data-driven decision-making in the credit risk/IRB area
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Ability to work independently in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge and collaborate across functions
  • Proficient in Swedish and English
  • Experience with SAS® 9 and/or SAS® Viya platforms
  • May be subject to a background check and drug test
