About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direction and leadership across cross-functional technology initiatives
- Create alignment around priorities, outcomes, responsibilities, and ways of working
- Champion Agile principles, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support teams in resolving impediments, managing dependencies, and delivering incremental value
- Lead through influence and foster ownership, accountability, and constructive challenge
- Own lifecycle management of assigned products, applications, data products, and platforms
- Maintain visibility into technology health, risks, opportunities, dependencies, and lifecycle status
- Align solutions with business needs, enterprise technology strategy, and architectural direction
- Define and communicate technology roadmaps
- Own and refine the technology enablement backlog
- Prioritize maintenance, enhancements, defects, compliance requirements, modernization, and technical debt reduction
- Balance operational stability with long-term technology sustainability
- Build relationships across business, product, engineering, architecture, operations, risk, compliance, and security
- Communicate technology status, roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Represent technology priorities and challenges in leadership and governance forums
- Ensure stability, availability, performance, resilience, and supportability of existing solutions
- Lead technology modernization and evolution roadmaps
- Ensure compliance with enterprise policies, security standards, architectural principles, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate operational and technology risks
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong leadership and Agile Product Ownership skills
- Ability to translate strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to build trust and alignment across business and technology
- Strong technology leadership experience across platform operations, lifecycle management, modernization, and technical debt reduction
- Ability to balance operational stability, security, compliance, and long-term technology strategy
- Background check and drug test may be part of the recruitment process
