About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage a portfolio of clients, including SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, and international crypto and technology companies
- Take responsibility for financial and payroll accounting
- Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO)
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and legal entities
- Assess complex tax and VAT matters and develop appropriate solutions
- Depending on experience: handle crypto accounting and process digital assets
- Support clients with financial and liquidity planning, as well as wealth and corporate structuring
- Advise clients on tax, financial, and business-management matters
- Manage complex mandates as a trusted advisor, sparring partner, and direct point of contact
- Identify automation opportunities and develop smarter workflows in collaboration with the AI team
- Contribute to the expansion of services, client acquisition, advisory projects, and professional and industry events
- Opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities in internal accounting, HR, or the development of new services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in Swiss fiduciary services
- Strong expertise in accounting, annual financial statements, taxation, and VAT
- Swiss Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary Services or Finance and Accounting, currently pursuing one, or an equivalent qualification
- Interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and digital assets
- Practical experience or in-depth technical knowledge in the crypto sector is preferred
- Interest in financial planning, structuring matters, and comprehensive client advisory
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Highest standards of quality in your own work
- Willingness to actively use AI and digitalization
- Ability to support and advise demanding clients in German and English
