About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support business teams with day-to-day operational and administrative activities
  • Review, analyze, and process documentation according to internal procedures and quality standards
  • Serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Monitor operational requests and follow up on pending actions to meet service-level commitments
  • Maintain and strengthen operational processes, controls, and governance practices
  • Analyze workflows and identify efficiency, productivity, and service-quality improvements
  • Prepare reports, data analyses, and operational metrics for business decision-making
  • Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including process redesign and best-practice implementation
  • Support system enhancements by gathering business requirements, participating in testing, and validating new functionality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Services, Customer Service, Insurance, Financial Services, or related business environments
  • Experience supporting business processes and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to process management, operational controls, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data and operational indicators
  • Experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and business process management
  • Experience with workflow management and operational procedures
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives
  • Experience with internal controls, governance, and operational support activities
  • Power BI knowledge is considered an advantage
  • Intermediate English (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Insurance, or related fields
