About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement holistic security solutions for customers in finance, transportation, industry, justice, tourism, and public infrastructure
  • Integrate IT, networking, and physical security into scalable, interoperable systems
  • Design solutions in collaboration with internal teams and partners using modern methods and technologies
  • Design and engineer security architectures, including requirements analysis and feasibility assessments
  • Plan and integrate video management, cameras, access control, and intercom systems
  • Define cybersecurity measures and specify automations and scripts
  • Take technical responsibility for timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring a clear handover to project and rollout teams
  • Advise sales teams and customers, providing support with complex issues and troubleshooting
  • Create documentation and training materials
  • Take ownership from initial concept through to handover

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or equivalent qualification (university, university of applied sciences, or higher technical college) in computer science, electrical engineering, or telecommunications
  • Several years of experience designing and planning complex IT, network, and security solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of network architectures, routing, switching, firewalls, and cybersecurity
  • Experience with video management systems, ideally Milestone
  • Structured, reliable, and committed, with a strong collaborative mindset
  • Strong communication and customer focus, with clear and honest communication
  • Curious and proactive, with the ability to quickly acquire and share new knowledge within the team
  • Very good German and good English; French is an advantage
