About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and evolve the infrastructure powering Sword Health’s AI Care platform
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure for high-demand applications and services
Automate deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and routine maintenance tasks
Monitor and optimize system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Collaborate with development, data, security, and AI teams on infrastructure and production model integration
Implement and manage access control, network security, and compliance-related policies
Lead incident response and troubleshooting for infrastructure issues
Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning
Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative DevOps solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Linux environments
Experience with DevOps and GitOps methodologies
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications (Docker)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Experience with monitoring tools including Google Cloud Monitoring/StackDriver, Grafana, Prometheus/AlertManager, and NewRelic
Experience with Jenkins
Experience with CI/CD
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Usage of AI to debug and develop infrastructure tooling
Development of AI agents to automate processes and infrastructure monitoring and provisioning
Extra: Experience with Kafka, Prometheus/AlertManager, Grafana, Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana, Vault, Redis, MySQL, and DNS
Extra: Experience with PHP, JavaScript, and GoLang
Extra: Experience provisioning servers and services using AWS, Azure, or GCP
Extra: Experience/Knowledge with Istio
Extra: Good knowledge of cloud networking including VPC management, routing, NAT, and troubleshooting using TCPdump analysis
AI proficiency at least at Explorer (Level 1), with demonstrated examples of AI usage
Team player with a solution-oriented, proactive “Get Things Done” mindset
Enthusiasm and interest in technologies and innovation
