About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and improve the internal developer platform, including CI/CD pipelines, build/deploy automation, and local and preview environments
Create a golden path that helps engineers ship quickly and safely
Design, operate, and scale shared services and cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform
Improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency
Advance release automation and test automation for routine, low-risk production deployments
Implement safe rollout patterns and easy rollbacks
Strengthen the platform's security posture and help build a distributed security practice
Partner with product teams to build standards and interfaces and co-build shared foundations
Contribute to projects from concept through deployment
Participate in pairing, code review, mentorship, and architecture discussions
Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong computer science foundation in data structures, algorithms, and systems fundamentals; degree in CS/related field or equivalent practical experience
Fluent and comfortable using agentic / AI-assisted development tools in everyday workflow
Curious, fast learner, and self-starter who takes ownership
Collaborative team player with clear communication skills
0–2 years of professional work experience; internships, co-ops, and substantial personal or academic projects count
Fintech experience is a bonus
Exposure to internal developer platforms or developer-experience tooling is a bonus
Terraform and GCP familiarity; observability tooling including logging, metrics, and tracing is a bonus
Security interest, including OWASP-style practices, secrets management, or dependency/vulnerability scanning, is a bonus
Exposure to TypeScript/Node.js, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Playwright / React Testing Library is a bonus
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country in which they are applying
