About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and ensure the quality of accounting deliverables provided to clients
- Review and validate financial statements
- Lead monthly client meetings to present results and KPIs
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose solutions to increase efficiency
- Track operational KPIs, including service, quality, and deadlines
- Support the organization and advancement of support routines
- Contribute to the development of recurring accounting products and the generation of client value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid professional experience in the field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- User-level proficiency with technology
- Solid experience preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Comprehensive knowledge of Brazilian tax regimes: Actual Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional
- Experience with ancillary tax and accounting obligations, including ECD, ECF, and related routines
- Knowledge of the Domínio accounting system is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced English is a plus
