About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of Service Operations projects
Define project objectives, scope, timelines, deliverables, plans, and budgets with stakeholders
Gather requirements, provide project updates, and solicit feedback
Identify deviations and implement corrective actions
Track progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution
Liaise between project teams, senior management, and external partners
Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency gains, and value creation
Drive continuous improvement, capture lessons learned, implement best practices, and optimize project processes
Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies affecting project delivery
Lead Service Operations teams in resolving issues and adapting to changes
Perform work at customer distribution centers for extended periods during equipment installation and commissioning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree within Engineering, Project Management or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience
Experience leading Service Operations projects from initiation to completion
Experience managing design/build, installation, and commissioning of construction projects, including managing site GCs
Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling (MHE) preferred
Experience managing multiple projects with Service Operations collaboration, ranging from small to mid-level capital projects
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Skilled at stakeholder management across clients, contractors, and engineering teams
Track record of delivery on time and within budget
Strong problem-solving under pressure and ability to implement creative solutions
Effective negotiation skills and ability to balance competing priorities
Proficient with scheduling software, earned value management, and data-driven performance tracking (Smartsheet / Jira)
Valid driver's license
Ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer locations
Must comply with safety requirements and protocols, including lock out/tag out and fall protection
Must wear required PPE when applicable, including hard hat, safety vest, steel toes, eyeglasses, ear protection, and fall protection
Must be capable of working in temperatures ranging from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit
