About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and provide senior-level engineering for Microsoft .NET full-stack applications
  • Develop and maintain solutions using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/8+, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
  • Build and support front-end applications using Angular and/or React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Design, optimize, and tune SQL Server databases
  • Work with MongoDB / NoSQL data stores
  • Implement and manage AWS and/or Azure cloud solutions
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
  • Apply containerization, orchestration, and DevSecOps practices using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Provide 24x7 production support in SLA/KPI-driven environments
  • Monitor and maintain observability across cloud and logging platforms
  • Operate within Agile, SAFe, ITIL, change management, and release governance frameworks
  • Manage stakeholders, mentor team members, and provide technical leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • USC only
  • 10+ years of software engineering/application development experience
  • 3+ years in Technical Lead / Engineering Lead / Managed Services leadership
  • Strong C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/8+, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
  • Strong Angular and/or React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • SQL Server design, optimization, and performance tuning
  • MongoDB / NoSQL experience
  • AWS and/or Azure cloud experience; AWS preferred
  • CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub/GitLab, and Jenkins
  • SonarQube, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps
  • Experience with 24x7 production support and SLA/KPI-driven environments
  • Monitoring/observability tools including CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Grafana, and ELK
  • Agile, SAFe, ITIL, change management, and release governance
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
