About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement EazyStock for global SME customers
Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements
Propose solutions to supply-chain problems
Identify customer needs and suggest extensions and additional services
Configure EazyStock to meet customer needs
Model supply chains and fine-tune parameters
Test configurations and ensure business alignment
Deliver workshops and user training
Manage and support existing customers
Support the pre-sales process
Set up demonstrative accounts
Analyze inventory data
Prepare ROI presentations
Identify and report enhancement ideas and bugs to Product Management
Mentor junior consultants
Participate in globally delivered projects and report to the local EazyStock Expert Services team leader
Cover the US time zone from 12pm to 9pm CET

Requirements

What you’ll need

IT or Supply Chain Management degree from a Polytechnic or a University; degrees from other related fields are also accepted
A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience
Extensive analytical skills and ability to understand and document customer requirements
Data analysis and reporting skills
Experience in IT
Proficient knowledge of the Office package
At least basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably presentation skills
Fully communicative in English, both spoken and written
Willingness to travel
Knowledge or experience within the aftermarket industry is preferred
