About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–10 years in medical sales (HealthTech or Medical Devices)
  • Strong track record in closing new business and building pipeline from scratch
  • Solid understanding of US hospital procurement and decision-making
  • Existing network in Texas, especially the Texas Medical Center, is a plus
  • Comfortable operating without structure, taking ownership, and building a market from the ground up
  • Able to engage C-level stakeholders while actively driving outbound and deal execution
  • Motivated to build, scale, and take on future leadership responsibilities
  • Based in Texas, preferably Houston
