About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build adopted tools for the revenue team, including dashboards, data pipelines, and operations applications
Build and improve AI agents, integrations, skills, and autonomous workflows with measurable outcomes
Build marketing tools that identify pipeline drivers and increase Marketing output
Build sales tools for post-call follow-ups, demo environments, research, prospecting, enrichment, competitive battlecards, and trusted pipeline data
Build partner and customer operations workflows, including automated health reports and onboarding, renewal, and expansion workflows
Research business problems, recommend solutions, and validate implementations against live systems
Capture and document shipped work, the problem solved, and user adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

Built at least one agent and one automated workflow that someone used
Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or a comparable agentic tool as a default development tool, or willingness to become AI-native
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and judge work by adoption
Ability to validate work rigorously and identify unsupported gaps
Systems thinking across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Ability to work quickly in ambiguity and document work
n8n experience is a plus
Experience building real internal tools with an AI coding agent is a bonus
Production side project or internal tool is a bonus
Knowledge of when to use no-code tools such as Zapier or n8n versus writing code is a bonus
Knowledge of HR tech, compensation, or people analytics is a bonus
