About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products and platforms
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and AI solutions
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from ideation through deployment and adoption
- Design and review enterprise-grade solution architectures, integration patterns, APIs, and microservices
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, DevOps, and business teams to deliver AI initiatives
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and cloud services to drive innovation
- Establish technical standards, governance, security, and Responsible AI practices
- Drive product prioritization, backlog management, and Agile delivery processes
- Present technical solutions and product strategies to senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, or AI/ML-related roles
- Proven experience building and delivering enterprise software products and platforms
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native applications
- Experience defining AI product strategy and translating business objectives into technical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, AI Agents / Agentic AI concepts, NLP, and Conversational AI
- Experience with Solution Architecture, Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and Enterprise System Design
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Preferred, but not required: experience delivering AI solutions in BFSI, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets
- Preferred, but not required: experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and production AI systems
- Preferred, but not required: familiarity with AI governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI frameworks
- Preferred, but not required: experience leading architecture reviews and mentoring engineering teams
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) are a plus
