About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze current-state processes to identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and root causes
  • Develop future-state workflows, process documentation, and role clarity recommendations
  • Support process improvement frameworks, tools, templates, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain detailed program and project plans covering scope, deliverables, milestones, resources, dependencies, budgets, and success measures
  • Support program governance through status materials, decision and escalation logs, forums, and role clarification
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage risks, issues, actions, decisions, interdependencies, changes, and resource constraints
  • Prepare program reporting for EPMO leadership, sponsors, and governance bodies
  • Facilitate project and workstream meetings, document decisions and commitments, and follow up on actions and deliverables
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders to understand needs, validate findings, and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate on solution implementation, including communications, training, process documentation, testing, and change adoption
  • Review and strengthen transformation business cases by validating assumptions, assessing feasibility, identifying dependencies, and ensuring measurable benefits
  • Support performance measurement and benefits tracking through KPIs and reporting
  • Partner with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to assess AI, automation, and workflow enablement opportunities
  • Champion continuous improvement and support organizational change adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.A. / B.S. in business, operations, life sciences, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required
  • Relevant experience managing cross-functional projects or workstreams involving business process improvement, enterprise transformation, operating model change, or strategic delivery in a corporate environment preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or practical experience applying process improvement methods preferred
  • Demonstrated program management experience, including planning, governance, status reporting, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, change control, and benefits realization
  • Formal certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience using program and project management tools to maintain plans, RAID logs, decision records, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
  • Ability to understand cross-functional business needs and the role of enabling technologies in process improvement preferred
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and workflow enablement concepts preferred
  • Strong tactical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong program management discipline
  • Ability to identify, assess, and communicate program risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Above average attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, recognize key variables, and draw conclusions to identify trends, opportunities, and recommended solutions
