About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide pediatric/adolescent research nursing services
Deliver clinical research services directly in patients’ homes
Work on clinical research trials across diverse therapeutic areas and study phases
Perform phlebotomy, venipuncture, and blood handling and processing
Administer subcutaneous injections and intravenous therapies
Conduct ECGs, observations, and specimen collections
Perform cannulation
Work with central venous access
Complete detailed data
Travel to patients’ homes and manage patient visits
Work independently and as part of a wider team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced Registered Nurse (Pediatric/Adolescent)
Experience and knowledge of working in clinical research trials
ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Certification; training can be provided
Attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to complete detailed data
Ability to work with initiative independently and as part of a wider team
Good IT skills and working knowledge of computer software
Trained in Handling and Transport of Hazardous Substances is preferable; training can be provided
Phlebotomy skills (Venipuncture) and handling and processing of blood
Subcutaneous injections
ECGs, observations and specimen collections
Cannulation and administration of intravenous therapies
Experience working with central venous access
Willingness and ability to travel
Valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential
