About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure the Syneos Health Unified Clinical Veeva Vault platform
  • Provide expertise in Veeva Vault configuration as a certified Vault platform administrator and configuration specialist
  • Manage configuration changes according to agreed priority backlog items
  • Collaborate across Clinical IT teams with the Program Manager, Product Manager, IT Architects, and Vault Clinical Implementation team
  • Complete Certified Vault Training and stay up to date
  • Deliver product enhancements through the agreed backlog process
  • Ensure the Veeva Vault platform follows best practices while evolving to meet business needs
  • Participate in impact assessment activities and review proposed changes
  • Ensure impacts are understood across all functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Computer Science or related field
  • Documented Veeva certification
  • Experience working in a GxP environment
  • Experience in solution delivery with GXP systems
  • Certified Vault platform administrator and configuration specialist expertise
  • Completion of Certified Vault Training
  • Problem-solving skills to solve business process issues
  • Ability to understand current configuration and apply best practices for enhancements without impacting other objects or workflows
  • Written and verbal communication skills for business and technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovation and enthusiasm
