About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive and support overall project management activities for clinical trials
- Plan and execute elements of clinical trials in partnership with the Project Lead
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines and are delivered within budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for efficient project execution
- Conduct ongoing analysis of project performance
- Maintain and distribute study-specific financial reports and contribute to study financial health
- Document project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders
- Lead communication between project team members regarding project status and changes
- Document and escalate project risks and issues and drive timely resolution
- Maintain systems, project management tools, and methodologies
- Drive quality assurance activities, audit preparation, internal review, and issue resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) level of qualification in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time and work independently
- High proficiency with full MS Office Applications and/or project management software tools
- Strong written and spoken communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and writing skills in English
- Ability to travel if necessary preferred (approximately 5%)
