Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and mentor Quality Engineering teams across multiple projects and initiatives
  • Drive automation-first testing practices using Provar for Salesforce platforms
  • Define and implement QE strategies aligned with Agile and CI/CD delivery models
  • Oversee test planning, automation coverage, regression strategy, and release readiness
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams during backlog refinement and sprint planning
  • Establish and improve QE governance, standards, and best practices
  • Support modernization initiatives including shift-left testing and SDLC/PDLC process improvements
  • Ensure proper requirements traceability and defect management practices
  • Participate in hiring, mentoring, and performance management of QE team members
  • Partner with DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Provide delivery metrics, defect analytics, and executive-level reporting
  • Support regulated/GxP validation processes where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Playwright test automation experience
  • Quality Engineering management experience
  • Experience driving automation-first testing practices using Provar for Salesforce platforms
  • Knowledge of Agile and CI/CD delivery models
  • Experience with test planning, automation coverage, regression strategy, and release readiness
  • Experience collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering teams during backlog refinement and sprint planning
  • Experience establishing QE governance, standards, and best practices
  • Knowledge of shift-left testing and SDLC/PDLC process improvements
  • Experience with requirements traceability and defect management
  • Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing QE team members
  • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
