About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead HR projects and programs from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives
- Establish project governance, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success measures
- Lead cross-functional and global project teams to achieve project outcomes
- Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decision-making, and resolve project roadblocks
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and communications plans
- Monitor project performance and proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and dependencies
- Provide updates and recommendations to project sponsors and key stakeholders
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups to ensure successful execution
- Promote adoption of PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and templates
- Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and reporting activities as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of project management and/or HR experience leading projects and programs
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
- Experience working in matrixed and global environments preferred
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Strong ability to be flexible in an ambiguous and changing environment
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams
- PMP certification preferred
- Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered
