About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the smooth operation of the call center
Ensure the availability of required resources
Support employee activities and respond to team requests
Plan and organize the activities and operations of the work unit
Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency
Coordinate the availability of medical appointments for participants
Perform participant recruitment activities
Handle participant complaints and provide high-quality customer service
Update participant records and communicate with participants
Collect call statistics and perform updates
Share knowledge and monitor employee competencies
Identify issues and propose concrete actions or corrective measures
Perform activities in accordance with applicable policies, standard operating procedures, and guides
Perform other duties assigned by management
May be assigned additional clinical duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma
An alternative certification may be considered acceptable
Two years of relevant professional experience as a patient recruiter
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical software
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
Experience in a customer service, call center, and/or telemarketing environment
Experience in an environment focused on performance indicators, targets, and results tracking
Experience in a regulated environment is an asset
Bilingualism required, including the ability to understand a variety of messages, communicate verbally on task-related topics, and write simple messages
