About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect and interpret financial and operational data to support rate development and pricing strategy
Develop internal cost rates and external bill rates for budgets and contracts
Develop bill and cost rates for strategic pricing arrangements, including FSP and insourcing opportunities
Analyze internal costs and calculate cost/bill rates for annual processes and mid-year standard-rate reviews
Maintain bill and cost rate templates, study-specific files, and databases
Collaborate with Pricing Leads, Business Development, Proposals, and Therapeutic Business Units on tailored pricing solutions
Build projection models using complex financial and operational data
Produce reporting, management analysis, and ad hoc analyses
Develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Improve analysis and reporting processes and tools
Work with Finance, Information Technology, and other functions on issues and system enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree, Finance/Accounting preferred
2 to 5 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting
Advanced skillset with Microsoft Excel
Analytical skills, working closely with data, internal business parties and external customers
Demonstrated ability in the creation, analysis, and communication of large volumes of data effectively and clearly
Ability to work collaboratively in a global organization
Excellence with verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
