About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the planning and execution of elements of clinical trials in partnership with the Project Lead
  • Ensure projects adhere to strict timelines and are delivered within budget
  • Serve as subject matter expert for relevant project management tools and systems
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for efficient project execution
  • Maintain and distribute study-specific financial reports and contribute to study financial health using financial processes and systems
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of project performance to drive successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Document project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders
  • Lead communication between project team members regarding project status and changes
  • Document and escalate project risks and issues and drive timely follow-through and resolution
  • Maintain systems, project management tools, and methodologies
  • Drive quality assurance activities, including audit and internal review preparation, documentation, and resolution of actionable issues
  • Oversee tasks and activities by mentoring and coordinating junior team members while operating independently with minimal oversight

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) level of qualification in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time and work independently
  • High proficiency with full MS Office Applications and/or project management software tools
  • Strong written and spoken communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
  • Ability to travel if necessary preferred (approximately 5%)
  • Effective verbal and writing skills in English
