About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize and support financial systems for accurate reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Work on complex financial processes and system integrations
- Design solutions for multifaceted business challenges
- Serve as a liaison between Finance, IT, and other business units
- Meet with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements
- Translate business needs into functional designs and recommend Oracle Cloud features
- Configure and customize Oracle Cloud applications, collaborating with technical teams on integrations and data migration
- Perform SIT, UAT, and regression testing
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
- Maintain FAQs, process guides, and functional designs
- Resolve functional issues and troubleshoot OIC integrations
- Support system updates and act as the voice of the user
- Champion SaaS best practices, data privacy, compliance, and efficient standard configurations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-6 years of experience working in Oracle Fusion area
- 8-10 years of overall work experience in related fields
- Deep understanding of Receivables (AR) and PPM (Projects Portfolio Management)
- Experience working with SLA rules
- Experience with workflow and BPM
- Experience configuring Cloud ERP modules end to end
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Experience with full implementation cycles: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, Support
- Proficiency in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
- Understanding of data and logs
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year minimum) in Information Systems, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Candidates should be available to work 2-3 days a week in the Hyderabad, India office
- Availability to work 2 pm-11 pm IST
- Experience working with AI Agents is highly preferable
