About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct secondary, analytically and scientifically based research
  • Support the creation of high-quality project materials and client deliverables
  • Structure and complete individual project tasks on time
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with team members and project management
  • Meet stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional designs
  • Recommend Oracle Cloud features to improve efficiency across HCM, Financials, and SCM modules
  • Set up, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud applications
  • Work with technical teams on integrations and data migration
  • Perform SIT, UAT, and regression testing
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
  • Maintain FAQs, process guides, and functional designs
  • Resolve functional issues and troubleshoot OIC integrations
  • Support updates and act as the voice of the user
  • Champion SaaS best practices, data privacy, compliance, and efficient standard configurations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Up to 3 years of experience working in Oracle Fusion Payables from a support standpoint
  • Up to 6 years of overall experience in relevant areas
  • Deep understanding of the core Payables module of Cloud ERP
  • Cross-module experience with SCM and financial modules
  • Ability to configure SLA rules and workflow configurations with BPM
  • Experience with end-to-end payments
  • Experience with BI and OTBI reports preferred
  • Experience integrating with Vertex and Kyriba preferred
  • Ability to work across functional teams with full accountability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience with full implementation cycles: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, Support
  • Proficiency in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
  • Understanding of data and logs
  • Candidates should be available to work 2–3 days a week in the Hyderabad, India office
  • Availability for the 2 pm–11 pm IST shift
