About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and ensure the proper operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
Lead Level 2 and Level 3 support activities and assist with resolving complex incidents
Manage roles, permissions, and licenses to ensure platform security and compliance
Monitor interfaces and data flows with other applications in the information system
Coordinate ERP deployments, upgrades, and enhancements
Manage relationships with support partners and service providers
Contribute to continuous improvement in service quality and user proficiency
Participate in enhancement governance and the development of operational best practices
Collaborate with business teams, IT, key users, and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in ERP administration or operations
At least 5 years of experience in ERP environments
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Finance & Supply Chain Management
Good understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Production processes
Experience with incident management, access management, and application environments
Strong professional English skills, essential in our international environment
Service-oriented, autonomous, and thorough
Ability to communicate with business teams and technical stakeholders
Availability for occasional travel in France and Germany
