About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own how Synthetic looks and feels across brand, marketing, and product
- Help define Synthetic’s visual and verbal brand and maintain consistency
- Design and build the website, landing pages, and launch materials with the growth marketer
- Build and refine product features in TypeScript on SvelteKit alongside engineers
- Work directly with the founder
- Ship work rapidly for real customers within days or hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- You ship your own designs in HTML/CSS/TypeScript, not just Figma
- Work across brand, marketing, and product with a portfolio of work to show
- Pragmatic approach to building fast at an early-stage company
- Work authorization in the US, Canada, or Mexico
- No visa sponsorship for this role
- Willingness to work 6 or more days per week / 60+ hours per week
