About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and analyze performance and friction points following deployments on the website and app
- Create on-demand dashboards to track website and app data
- Support the identification of friction points and bugs on the website and app
- Support the validation of the website and app tag map
- Generally monitor metrics and customer journeys across the website and app
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate SQL knowledge, enabling analysis of large volumes of data
- Basic knowledge of the GCP (Google Cloud Platform) environment
- Knowledge of key e-commerce and Web Analytics metrics
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Data Studio, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, particularly with technology and business teams
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Analytical ability to transform large volumes of data into solutions
- Experience with Agile methodologies (a plus)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (a plus)
