About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and oversee the technology delivery workflow, serving as the primary interface between business, development, and other teams
Ensure alignment on expectations, priorities, and deadlines
Monitor and analyze flow metrics, such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and WIP
Identify bottlenecks, anticipate risks, improve productivity, and increase delivery predictability
Coordinate dependencies between teams, track action plans, and identify impediments
Keep stakeholders updated on deadlines, risks, deviations, and results
Coordinate release planning and deployments to production environments
Define activities, owners, schedules, risk analyses, contingency plans, and rollback plans
Assess the feasibility of new requests and initiatives, contributing effort estimates, impact analyses, resource sizing, and budgeting
Anticipate situations that may jeopardize deliveries, negotiate alternatives, and remove blockers
Propose improvements to work organization, team productivity, solution quality, and operational efficiency
Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, managers, and technical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing technology deliveries, projects, or software development initiatives
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, and Lean management practices
Experience with flow and performance metrics, such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and WIP
Experience managing schedules, planning deliveries, and tracking projects
Knowledge of risk, dependency, impediment, and demand-prioritization management
Experience planning and coordinating releases, changes, and production deployments
Knowledge of technical feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and demand sizing
Experience working with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of project management and tracking tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday, or similar platforms, is a plus
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
Specialization or certifications in Project Management, Agile Methods, IT Governance, or related areas are a plus
