About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work within squads
- Lead the platform implementation project from initiation through post-go-live
- Write user story cards
- Manage and prioritize the project demand backlog
- Support process mapping when necessary, seeking operational optimization and efficiency
- Manage the project schedule, scope, risks, and governance
- Coordinate vendors, consulting firms, and multidisciplinary teams
- Serve as the link between Technology and the various business areas involved in the project
- Ensure the new solution integrates with the company’s ERP and legacy systems
- Lead testing, user acceptance, training, deployment, and hypercare
- Develop documentation covering business and technology rules
- Facilitate team communication with the company’s different business areas
- Prepare executive reports for senior management and committees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience managing technology projects
- Experience implementing enterprise software and system integrations
- Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies
- Knowledge of process management (BPMN)
- Experience managing executive stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and strong ability to synthesize information
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure Kanban, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Product Discovery methods, such as Design Sprint and Lean Inception
- An MBA or postgraduate degree in Project Management, Technology, or Digital Transformation is desirable
- Experience with SAP ERP is desirable
- Knowledge of Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) and Third-Party Risk Management is desirable
- Experience in Compliance, Due Diligence, and ESG is desirable
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification is desirable
- Experience working at large companies and on digital transformation projects is desirable
