Design, develop, implement, and scale AI solutions focused on increasing operational efficiency, automating processes, and mitigating risks within the Legal Department
Apply LLMs, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and advanced AI techniques to modernize legal workflows
Design and develop AI solutions tailored to the needs of the Legal Department
Implement applications based on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Develop RAG architectures for intelligent querying, interpretation, and retrieval of information from legal documents
Create intelligent agents and automated workflows to execute legal activities and processes
Develop solutions for the extraction, classification, interpretation, and summarization of documents, contracts, and court filings
Implement AI models for contract analysis, clause identification, and the detection of risks, inconsistencies, and obligations
Develop automation solutions for litigation, due diligence, and document management activities
Apply NLP techniques to analyze and interpret legal texts
Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and internal platforms
Develop model evaluation, validation, and monitoring strategies
Implement mechanisms for security, traceability, explainability, and hallucination mitigation
Work with Data Engineering, Technology, and legal subject-matter experts to translate business needs into AI solutions
Monitor trends and technological advancements in AI, proposing improvements and new applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in Artificial Intelligence Engineering or developing advanced AI solutions
Strong command of Python for developing AI applications and solutions
Hands-on experience with language models (LLMs) and Generative AI
Knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Experience developing and integrating APIs and microservices
Knowledge of Machine Learning and model evaluation techniques
Experience with Prompt Engineering and intelligent agent development
Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI
Knowledge of scalable solution architecture, systems integration, and production environments
Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices
Experience with AI projects applied to the legal, banking, or financial sectors (preferred)
Knowledge of contract analysis, litigation, and due diligence processes (preferred)
Experience with OCR, intelligent document extraction, and processing large volumes of legal information (preferred)
Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques and language model adaptation (preferred)
Experience developing autonomous agents and multi-agent systems (preferred)
Knowledge of AI governance, information security, Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and responsible AI (preferred)
Experience with risk assessment, bias mitigation, and hallucination prevention in generative models (preferred)
