About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and analyze the needs of business areas
- Map processes, identifying issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional documentation
- Lead meetings, interviews, and workshops with users and stakeholders
- Support backlog definition, prioritization, and refinement
- Facilitate alignment among Business, Product, Development, Architecture, and Quality teams
- Follow solution development, clarifying questions and ensuring compliance with requirements
- Support testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-production monitoring processes
- Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate the results of implemented solutions
- Identify impacts, dependencies, and risks related to requests
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, products, and systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst or in similar positions
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
- Knowledge of process mapping and improvement
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of backlog management and prioritization
- Previous experience in the insurance, supplementary healthcare, or financial services sectors
- Knowledge of BPMN and process modeling tools
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Knowledge of data analysis, KPIs, and dashboards
- Experience with digital transformation and systems integration projects
- Certifications related to business analysis, product management, process management, or Agile methodologies
