About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a Governance evangelist for business and technical teams
Champion, implement, and demonstrate the value of data organization and security
Measure the impact of each initiative
Lead Privacy by Design, ROPA, Data Security (access and masking), and Policy Management initiatives
Identify opportunities, plan and implement solutions, provide technical support, and train Data and Business teams
Lead the integration of privacy from the outset of new data product development
Ensure the maintenance and automation of ROPA, connecting business purposes to the legal basis under Brazil’s LGPD
Lead the lifecycle of data and AI policies and standards, including technical writing, publication, communication, and monitoring of compliance and effectiveness
Operate and provide functional support for OneTrust/TrustWorks, including Data Inventory and Assessment Automation (DPIA)
Integrate inventories with the technical catalog
Define and monitor access control and dynamic masking policies in Databricks (Unity Catalog)
Define and maintain technical and business metadata and tag assets as PII, Sensitive, or by Domain
Ensure asset traceability
Support Data Owners and Stewards with metrics and ongoing guidance on data classification and compliance
Map, optimize, document, and publish data processes using Signavio, Bizagi, and/or Draw.io
Translate complex processes into clear technical and functional documentation
Mentor process champions, define efficiency KPIs, and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare results materials and presentations, translating privacy and security metrics for senior management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience: at least 4 years in Data Governance, AI, Privacy (LGPD/GDPR), Data Security, or Process Mapping
Hands-on experience with OneTrust/TrustWorks, including Inventory and Assessment modules
Proficiency in DataHub or experience with similar tools, such as Unity Catalog, OpenMetadata, or Informatica
Technical experience modeling workflows in Bizagi, Signavio, or Draw.io using BPMN 2.0
Strong SQL skills
Knowledge of Python is a plus for policy automation
Experience with Databricks (Unity Catalog) and AWS
Experience with Google Gemini, NotebookLM, N8N, Lovable, and Databricks Genie
Strong knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK, Privacy by Design, and risk management/auditing
Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence Governance, AI agent management, and model evaluation, including LLMs and predictive models, is desirable
Knowledge of LGPD/GDPR, privacy, data security, regulatory compliance, ethics, and traceability
