Drive the evolution of Data Governance by defining processes, controls, and metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and data asset quality.
Develop and maintain Data Governance policies, standards, and processes.
Lead compliance assessments, control reviews, and data-related audits.
Coordinate action plans to address regulatory requirements and audit findings.
Define and monitor governance, quality, and compliance metrics.
Identify risks and opportunities to improve data processes.
Serve as a liaison between the Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Data Governance, Process Management, Risk Management, or Auditing.
Knowledge of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Experience developing standards, procedures, and metrics.
Knowledge of data management, data quality, and compliance.
