Senior Delivery Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the delivery flow, acting as the interface between business and technology teams
- Monitor flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and WIP) to support delivery predictability and continuous productivity improvement
- Manage dependencies across teams and keep stakeholders transparently informed about delivery progress
- Plan deployments through risk analysis, contingency and rollback planning, and the mapping of activities, owners, and timelines
- Ensure effective communication, availability, and security of changes
- Serve as a point of reference for business and development teams in feasibility analysis, estimation, and budgeting
- Propose solutions and assess impacts and effort for new products and services
- Identify risks, negotiate deadlines, and remove impediments that could affect deliveries
- Ensure clear and transparent communication with customers and stakeholders, maintaining alignment, visibility, and delivery quality
- Promote demand organization and a systemic view of processes by identifying impacts, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams by flagging blockers, sharing relevant information, and contributing to project success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
