About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation of new products and the maintenance of production operations across all business lines, supporting company growth in accordance with the established strategic plan and applicable regulations;
Ensure that a formal implementation or maintenance process is in place, as described in the department’s Procedures Manual;
Define efficient new operations and lead the changes required to improve or correct ongoing operational processes;
Lead the refinement of implementation requirements, schedule and coordinate meetings, and prepare presentations, specifications, process flows, and meeting minutes;
Ensure the successful completion of implementation or maintenance processes by validating operation through at least one complete operational cycle and facilitating knowledge transfer to operational teams;
Update product and process documentation as needed and monitor implementation, development, user acceptance testing, and post-production activities;
Support the identification of regulatory, operational, or financial risks related to new implementation requirements;
Assist the team in coordinating with relevant departments to identify solutions, mitigate risks, assign action items, and support communications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed;
Knowledge of file layout design and documentation;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Experience in the insurance industry and in managing projects to implement operational processes involved in insurance sales.
