Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with agile methodologies (Kanban)
- Knowledge of Java EE/J2EE, JavaScript, jQuery, Hibernate, and JPA
- Experience with Apache Struts 1.x and Struts 2
- Configuration and maintenance of legacy applications
- Creation of Actions, Interceptors, Validators, and Tiles
- Customization of frameworks and components
- Integration with ORM frameworks and service layers
- Experience migrating and modernizing Struts applications to more current architectures
- Knowledge of the Spring Framework (MVC, Data, Batch, and REST)
- Strong knowledge of developing systems with distributed, resilient, scalable, and high-performance architectures
- Experience with version control in Azure
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Knowledge of design patterns and REST APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Experience with containers (Docker and OpenShift) is a plus
