About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map AS-IS and TO-BE journeys using Design Thinking, Service Design, and UX Research
- Plan and conduct interviews, research, usability tests, and validation sessions with users and stakeholders
- Design mobile and web journeys for financial, tax, legal, and operational processes
- Translate user needs, business rules, and technical requirements into user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Structure information architecture, user flows, and navigation flows for complex mobile and web products
- Create low- and mid-fidelity wireframes
- Develop clickable prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces, detailing interactions, states, rules, and exceptions
- Apply UI Design, interaction design, WCAG accessibility, and usability principles
- Serve as the Design System owner, evolving components, patterns, and guidelines
- Conduct handoff to Development, documenting behaviors, states, rules, and specifications
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Data, Security, and Fraud Prevention teams
- Monitor implementation through Design QA
- Monitor conversion, abandonment, adoption, satisfaction, time to completion, user effort, and support contacts
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions
- Define and track experience, conversion, abandonment, adoption, and satisfaction metrics
- Apply Design Thinking and Service Design to continuously improve end-to-end journeys
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer
- Experience with digital products and mobile applications
- Experience in UX Research, including interviews and usability testing
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience mapping, redesigning, and transforming user journeys
- Experience building and evolving onboarding journeys, document-capture flows, or digital transactional processes
- Experience designing mobile-first flows
- Knowledge of product and user experience metrics
- Experience analyzing data to support UX decision-making
- Ability to translate business needs into user-centered solutions
- Experience working in agile environments and basic knowledge of Lean Inception and Scrum
- Ability to work with complex processes and multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and Service Design
- Preferred: experience with high-frequency-use applications, transactional applications, B2B products, logistics, mobility, or fleet management solutions; journeys involving security and fraud prevention; tax-related journeys; digital accessibility; and products that balance regulatory requirements, user experience, and security
