About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Experience in systems architecture to address technical and business challenges
  • Knowledge of platforms and tools specific to key initiatives
  • Critical analysis of requirements and modeling to translate business-identified challenges
  • Definition and support of software and solution architecture
  • Application of Agile methodologies
  • Work on Salesforce projects as a Technical Lead and/or Architect
  • Create, design, present, and implement project solutions
  • Define and design the best technical and functional solution, considering risks and impacts
  • Propose technical solutions that account for performance, scalability, maintainability, and platform limitations
  • Ensure visibility into and management of interdependencies between features
  • Produce technical documentation
  • Support and guide implementation, development, and testing teams
  • Provide advisory support in technical/functional forums
  • Serve as a Salesforce technical/functional reference
  • Be responsible for the technical refinement of requirements
  • Support and/or perform troubleshooting of critical issues and participate in war rooms
  • Escalate and direct technical impediments and support their resolution
  • Lead engagement and actions related to the technical scope during refinement
  • Advocate for technical solutions before the Technical COE
  • Support the technical detailing of the feature roadmap
  • Keep controls and tools up to date

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced knowledge of declarative customization in Salesforce Core, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce backend and frontend programmatic capabilities: Apex, LWC, and Aura
  • Advanced knowledge of APIs and microservices (REST, SOAP)
  • Knowledge of deployment processes and tools, preferably Git
  • Administration of users, systems, profiles, permissions, and access controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Development or a related technology field, preferably Software Engineering
  • Salesforce certifications focused on solution architecture and/or technical leadership
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect
  • Experience with projects involving solution and technical architecture definitions for integration between Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence
