About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, review, and optimize content for digital interfaces, including buttons, error messages, alerts, notifications, and instructions
- Structure content that guides users throughout digital journeys, ensuring clarity, consistency, and ease of use
- Partner with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to build user-centered solutions
- Apply and contribute to the evolution of the brand’s language, voice, and tone guidelines
- Participate in discovery and delivery phases, contributing content decisions throughout the Design process
- Explore Artificial Intelligence tools to support content creation, review, and validation, identifying opportunities to optimize processes
- Use research, usability testing, and feedback to evaluate content effectiveness and propose improvements
- Apply accessibility, inclusion, and usability principles when creating digital experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with UX Writing and content creation for digital products
- Excellent command of Portuguese, including grammar, spelling, and written composition
- Knowledge of the end-to-end Design process, from discovery through delivery
- Familiarity with information architecture, usability, and accessibility
- Knowledge of voice and tone guidelines and the application of content in Design Systems
- Experience with Figma and collaborating in Design files
- Familiarity with generative Artificial Intelligence tools and an interest in applying them to optimize workflows
- Ability to support content decisions by considering user needs and business objectives
