About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide analysis and recommendations on international armaments cooperation initiatives
- Support preparation and negotiation of cooperative R&D agreements with allies
- Help facilitate international forums supporting efforts to enhance coalition interoperability
- Provide technical leadership for administration of the International Agreement Tracking System (IATS)
- Maintain relationships with DoW legal counsel, financial management, and technology security professionals
- Draft, review, and refine point papers, talking points, and read-ahead materials for senior DoW leaders
- Provide onsite support at the Pentagon
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in International Relations or International Business
- PMP certification
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience developing and managing DoW international agreements and frameworks, such as Acquisition and Cross Servicing Agreements
- Experience with technology release/foreign disclosure matters
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to condense complex topics into actionable recommendations and POA&Ms
