About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and document manual and automated tests
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data
- Support quality assurance in development projects with colleagues from Würzburg and Chisinau, as well as customer developers
- Analyze, reproduce, and document defects
- Work closely with developers to resolve defects
- Contribute to the setup and enhancement of test environments, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
- Support the preparation and execution of customer meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Project experience and solid knowledge of testing methods, test automation, and quality assurance
- Experience with common testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of Java/Spring, Angular, or relational databases is an advantage
- Experience with CI/CD infrastructures based on GitLab CI
- Experience with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
- Interest in quality assurance for web-based, modular, and business software solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a confident professional presence
- German language skills at a minimum C1 level
- English language skills at a minimum B2 level
